Brooke Zelcer
Breathwork Practitioner
I believe that life is a wild journey that ebbs and flows. To be able to make it through each moment unscathed is impossible, but to grant ourselves the opportunity to find comfort through these ups and downs is the biggest gift we can give ourselves. As a Breathwork Practitioner, my goal is to be a support and gentle guide. The power of breathwork is incredibly dynamic! It can be used for trauma healing, reducing stress + anxiety, deepening self and spiritual connection, reducing chronic pain, enhancing athletic performance, nervous system regulation, and much more! I intend to provide a safe, fully inclusive space for you to be your whole, true, authentic self. Come as you are. Leave feeling even more like you!
My first priority is to always make my clients feel comfortable to be their true authentic self. I believe that healing comes from the ability to be vulnerable, so I am intentional about never bringing judgment, criticism, or comparison into my work environment. With that, I also choose to meet clients where they are at. There are never any expectations about how a client should be, only to arrive as themselves. I believe that this creates an environment of understanding and respect, and ultimately a space for healing. A client can expect me to show up exactly the same; authentically myself. From here, I can help by providing safe and sacred space to allow for healing. I will walk alongside my client throughout our entire session together. I am here to support anything and everything that comes up during + after a breathwork journey.
My clients are beyond wonderful. The beauty of breathwork is that it applies to every living being. My clients range both in age, but also in needs. I work with elementary school teachers to help bring mindful breathing into their curriculum. I work with the elderly to assist in deepening their breath and longevity. I have worked with singers to assist in their performance. I have worked with athletes to increase their endurance and their recovery processes. I also worked with athletes to increase their endurance and their recovery processes. I also work with many people who struggle with chronic pain. But the population I work with most is those who are seeking to heal. While healing can be a pretty broad term, my goal is to simply meet clients where they are at and guide them through breathwork journeys that allow them to experience whatever is meant for them.
