Alexa Yuel (Dutchak)

Registered Massage Therapist & Kinesiologist (RMT, Ba(kin))

Massage therapy is for everyone.

A lot of people may think that they only need to see an RMT when something is hurting, dysfunctional or any other kind of problem, but the truth is that we need massage therapy to just be well and stay well in general, problem or not! Massage therapists are trained to assess the body, test for muscle and joint pathologies, treat these pathologies through manual therapy, and give you the tools to maintain the best function in your day to day life.

How I can help.

My business name is Dynamic Wellness. The word “Dynamic” spoke to me because we all do not fit into one box, and neither does my treatment. I describe it to people as everything all rolled into one; therapeutic, relaxing, clinical, restorative, assessment, educational, meditative. Each treatment is customized for the individual, for what ever your body may need at any time.

My story.

I am grateful that my profession has given me the ability to help people achieve better health, by improving their function and ability in every day life. Helping people recover from muscle strains, ligament sprains, frozen shoulder, chronic headaches, chronic numbness, and just any every day discomfort or relieving mental stress, is important to me. I am also grateful to have the opportunity to network and learn from many amazing professionals in adjacent fields such as athletic, occupational and physio therapists, chiropractors, osteopaths and other mental health professionals to only name a few!

Life outside the office.

I enjoy time with my friends and family, and my wiener dog Rudy! I love to participate in group fitness classes as well as instruct them. Hot yoga and spin class are my favorite ways to work out and tune out!
