My primary approach to supporting my clients is cognitive behavioral therapy. In some situations, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused techniques are more suitable.


Registered Psychiatric Nurse with experience in inpatient hospital wards, emergency department as a psychiatric emergency nurse, and community mental health.

Passion for helping others.

Since my teens I have found myself in service to others, through volunteering and in my profession. I am inspired to support others overcome adversities and succeed.

Life outside of the office

I enjoy the outdoors spending time cycling, canoeing, camping, or attending to my cacti and succulent collection
