Elizabeth Dvergsten

Intuitive Counsellor (MSW, RSW)

Intuition is the thread the connects our mind and bodies to the highest version of ourselves, to our spirit guides, and to the collective higher consciousness. I believe that everyone is intuitive. I also believe that we all have the ability to tap into this intuition to lead more empowered and intentional lives. My counselling practice supports you along this journey of intuitive development and emotional well-being.

My story.

If I were to summarize the big life questions that I have been asking for as long as I can remember, they would be as follows: Who am I? What is my purpose in this lifetime? How can I live my life with more clarity, intention, and peace? I have sought answers to these questions within formal academic settings, in religious institutions, on top of mountains, and within the deepest shadows of myself. I believe in breaking down barriers, challenging our conditioned selves, and digging deep in order to live empowered and intuitive lives. My intuitive counselling practice was born from a desire to assist all of us along our journeys.

How I can help.

I provide support and guidance to help you: connect with your inner knowledge and wisdom; process emotions and blockages; and develop holistic practices to help you move forward with clarity and confidence. I have worked in the field of mental health for nearly a decade. My approach is person-centered and strength-based and encourages the use of narratives. As a compassionate listener and skilled counsellor, I will help guide you through a process of self-discovery. Care is taken to provide an inclusive, non-judgemental, confidential, and safe space for all.

Life outside the office.

Life these days is full of everything related to raising two small children. I appreciate quiet time to meditate, walk, read, and listen to podcasts (and I love hearing what others are reading and listening to!).  I am passionate about all things related to food and love spending time around the table with family and friends.
