Jasmine Bray-Mak

Naturopathic Doctor (B.Sc., ND)

The body is a complex and dynamic system that works in state of balance; homeostasis.

What you put into your body can change the entire biochemistry and function. When there is misalignment, the body gives us clues as to what may be happening on the inside (symptoms). Whether you are trying to figure out what your body is telling you, prevent disease, optimize how your body functions, or are simply just more interested in a natural approach to your health care, I would love the opportunity to work with you!

It’s important to me that you feel safe, understood, involved and empowered by your health.

How I can help.

Naturopathic Medicine is a primary health care profession that emphasizes prevention, evidence-based treatment and optimal health. Using an individualized approach, we identify the origin of disease, consider the whole person and treat the root cause. We support the body’s natural ability to heal, and remove obstacles that may be impeding your health. Naturopathic Doctors are trained with a large toolbox of treatment modalities coming from different cultures across the globe. Allowing us to provide a unique and holistic perspective to help rebalance your health and wellness.

My story.

As with many, I grew up with my own health concerns. I often felt as if my treatment was a one-size fits all protocol, moving one medication to the next. I wished I understood what was happening in my body.
I am passionate about making you feel in control of your health! My role is to get to the root cause of your concerns and present you with evidence-based, natural treatment options and information. I am here to support you, and help you find a treatment plan that best fits your unique health goals.

Life outside the office.

I believe everything is about balance and maintaining your passion for life.

For me that includes staying up-to-date on current medical research, and being outside, especially in the sunshine. Figure skating, hot yoga, and music have always been my favourite hobbies, and you will often find me spending time with my family, friends, or my cat!

Acupuncture is a treatment approach in Traditional Chinese Medicine that has been practiced for centuries by inserting thin needles to stimulate specific points in the body.
