I am a psychotherapist providing services in the areas of grief, trauma, addictions, injury/illness adjustment, anxiety/depression and others. I hold the highest value on the therapeutic relationship, and individuals feeling seen, heard, and understood in therapy. I understand that it takes a significant amount of courage to be vulnerable and reach out for support and will always hold a safe and compassionate space for you to turn to when needed.

I provide key vocational career and rehabilitation counselling services, in both official languages, to assist individuals with the physical and psychological impact of injury, illness or disability in achieving successful and enduring results in health and employment. I am a skilled and experienced helper dedicated to assisting you in life’s greater challenges; health and employment.
