Dr. Rodelyn Stoeber (she/her) is a Canadian Certified Counsellor, Clinical Counsellor & Psychotherapist, Art Therapist, Expressive Arts Therapist, and educator with more than 25 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, educators, and communities. As a settler living and offering services on Treaty 1 Territory and the National Homeland of the Red River Métis, Rodelyn is committed to ongoing learning, cultural humility, and creating a therapeutic space that is inclusive, respectful, and welcoming for people of all backgrounds and identities .

Rodelyn believes that every person has a unique story, inherent strengths, and the capacity for growth. She is passionate about supporting women, children (ages 5+), adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, burnout, life transitions, grief, relationship challenges, and women's wellness concerns, including menopause. Her goal is to provide a warm, collaborative, and compassionate space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to move toward meaningful change. .

Drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, Art Therapy, and Expressive Arts Therapy, Rodelyn takes a trauma-informed, strengths-based, and person-centred approach to counselling. She integrates evidence-informed practices with creativity, reflection, and practical strategies to help clients build resilience, reconnect with their values, and create lasting change. Whether through conversation, creative expression, or a combination of both, Rodelyn  tailors therapy to each client's individual needs—no artistic experience is ever required. .

Outside of the counselling room, Rodelyn enjoys spending time with family and friends, creating art, reading, travelling, and exploring nature. She believes that creativity, lifelong learning, and meaningful connection are essential to well-being and brings these values into both her personal life and her therapeutic work. If you feel Rodelyn may be a good fit for your counselling journey, she would be honoured to support you. We invite you to connect with her or book an appointment online when you're ready. .
