Tonia Chudy

Psychotherapist (MACP, CCC)

Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to hold it all together. You don’t need to explain everything perfectly or perform emotional strength. My role is to offer a warm, grounding presence and an evidence-based approach, so we can work together toward what matters most to you.

I support adults and teens (15+) navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, burnout, low self-worth, or relationship struggles. Many of the people I work with feel like they’re barely keeping it together on the outside, while on the inside they’re exhausted, anxious, sad, and feeling disconnected. If that resonates, you’re not alone.

My approach is collaborative and client-centred. I integrate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, self-compassion, solution-focused strategies, and attachment-informed tools. With a Master’s in Counselling Psychology and a trauma-informed lens, I offer care that is both compassionate and grounded in research.

Whether you’re looking for clarity, emotional regulation, or deeper healing, therapy can help you move forward with more self-trust and intention. If you’re curious about what support could look like, I invite you to reach out. You don’t have to do this alone.
