Allyson (she/her) is a Mobile Systems Navigator with over two decades of
experience in the social work field. Born and raised in Winnipeg, she
recognizes herself as a settler living and working on Treaty 1 territory
and is committed to ongoing reconciliation. She approaches her work with
curiosity, openness, and a deep respect for all cultures and
communities, creating a space that is inclusive and welcoming.
Allyson believes in meeting clients where they are and supporting them
in building on their strengths to create meaningful change. She works
collaboratively to break goals into manageable steps, offering guidance,
encouragement, and accountability along the way. Her passion for this
work is shaped not only by her professional experience and training, but
also by her own lived experiences navigating barriers to care.
As a Systems Navigator, Allyson helps clients move through complex
healthcare, education, social, community, and legal systems. She
provides practical, hands-on support—whether that’s attending
appointments as an advocate, assisting with paperwork, or helping
clients stay organized and build new habits. Whether you’re working
alongside a clinician or focusing on personal goals, Allyson is
committed to helping simplify the process and reduce barriers so you can
move forward with confidence.
