Allyson Parker

B.A., B.S.W. (Hons) | Mobile Systems Navigator

Allyson (she/her) is a Mobile Systems Navigator with over two decades of experience in the social work field. Born and raised in Winnipeg, she recognizes herself as a settler living and working on Treaty 1 territory and is committed to ongoing reconciliation. She approaches her work with curiosity, openness, and a deep respect for all cultures and communities, creating a space that is inclusive and welcoming.
Allyson believes in meeting clients where they are and supporting them in building on their strengths to create meaningful change. She works collaboratively to break goals into manageable steps, offering guidance, encouragement, and accountability along the way. Her passion for this work is shaped not only by her professional experience and training, but also by her own lived experiences navigating barriers to care.
As a Systems Navigator, Allyson helps clients move through complex healthcare, education, social, community, and legal systems. She provides practical, hands-on support—whether that’s attending appointments as an advocate, assisting with paperwork, or helping clients stay organized and build new habits. Whether you’re working alongside a clinician or focusing on personal goals, Allyson is committed to helping simplify the process and reduce barriers so you can move forward with confidence.
